Frequently asked questions

My alarm didn't ring. What should I check?

Sorry about that. Nobody likes a missed morning. Most missed alarms come down to a phone setting. Here's what to check:

  • Permissions: make sure the app is allowed to send notifications and, where your phone asks, to set alarms. On iPhone, go to Settings › Apps › (the app) and check Notifications and, on iOS 26 and later, Alarms. (On iOS 17 and earlier, the app is listed directly in Settings.) On Android, go to Settings › Apps › (the app) › Notifications.
  • iPhone Focus (before iOS 26): on these iPhones, alarms arrive as notifications, so a Focus or Silent mode can silence them. Keep Silent mode off overnight, and in Settings › Focus, choose your Focus (like Sleep), tap Apps under Allow Notifications, and add the app.
  • Android battery optimization: some phones put apps to sleep to save battery, which can stop alarms. Go to Settings › Apps › (the app) › App battery usage (Battery on some phones) and choose Unrestricted or turn on Allow background usage. On Samsung, also make sure the app isn't listed under Settings › Battery › Background usage limits › Sleeping apps or Deep sleeping apps.
  • Android “Alarms & reminders”: on recent Android versions, this permission must be on for alarms to fire at the exact time. Find it in Settings › Apps › Special app access › Alarms & reminders (on Samsung: Settings › Apps › ⋮ › Special access).
  • Android 14 and later, “Full screen notifications”: this lets the wake-up screen appear over your lock screen. Check Settings › Apps › Special app access › Full screen notifications (the name varies slightly by phone).
  • Stay up to date: keep both the app and your phone's software updated. We fix bugs and adapt to new system changes as they come out.

Still stuck? Email us with your phone model, OS version, and the time the alarm was set for.

The alarm is too quiet (or too loud). How do I fix the volume?
  • Android: the alarm sound plays at your phone's alarm volume, and the character's voice and video on the wake-up screen play at media volume, so turn both up. Adjust them in Settings › Sound & vibration, or press a volume button and open the volume panel to find the sliders.
  • iPhone: on iOS 26 and later, our alarms are designed to work like the built-in Clock alarms, so they ring even when your phone is on silent. Like Clock alarms, they follow your Ringtone and Alerts volume in Settings › Sounds & Haptics (the side buttons change it only if Change with Buttons is on). The wake-up video plays at media volume. Before iOS 26, alarms arrive as notifications and don't ring in Silent mode.
  • Headphones and speakers: if you're connected to Bluetooth, sound may play through that device. Disconnect before bed if you want the alarm to come from your phone.
How do I restore my purchases on a new phone?

Open the app, go to the Store tab, and tap Restore Purchases. Your purchases are tied to your Apple Account or Google account, so make sure you're signed in to the same one you used to buy them. There's no separate account with us to create or remember.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them under their policies. We can't issue refunds directly, and we never see your payment details.

If something went wrong with a purchase, like an item that didn't show up, let us know too. We're happy to help sort it out.

How do I delete my data?

Your alarms, weekly character lineup, and settings are stored only on your phone. We don't run user accounts or a server that keeps your data. To delete it:

  • iPhone: delete the app.
  • Android: uninstall the app, or go to Settings › Apps › (the app) › Storage & cache and tap Clear storage (on Samsung: Storage › Clear data).

Once purchases launch, a small record of which tickets you've used may also be saved in your own iCloud account or Google backup so it can be restored later. Deleting the app doesn't remove that record; to remove it, use Erase all app data in the app's settings before you delete the app. You can manage device backups in your phone's backup settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel or remove purchases you've made; you can restore eligible purchases with Restore Purchases using the same Apple Account or Google account.

Which devices will be supported?

We're building for recent versions of iOS and Android. On iPhone, the full system-alarm experience needs iOS 26 or later. We'll share exact requirements at launch.

Who is the app for?

Our characters are playful and a little flirty, but never explicit. The app is intended for adults and will carry a mature age rating in the App Store and Google Play. All characters are fictional adults.

Do I need an account?

Nope. There's no sign-up, no login, and no password to forget. Purchases go through your Apple Account or Google account.

How do I report a bug?

Thank you for helping us improve! Email us and include:

  • Your phone model and iOS or Android version
  • The app version (iPhone: Settings › General › iPhone Storage › (the app); Android: Settings › Apps › (the app), at the bottom)
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
  • Steps to make it happen again, if you can
  • For alarm issues: the time the alarm was set for and which day
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if it helps show the problem
